collectively referred to throughout these Terms & Conditions as "She Who Breathes", "we", or "us".
The participant is referred to as "you" or "the participant"

*These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between She Who Breathes (Ida In Vivo AB, org.nr 559340-3065) and you as a participant in the She Who Breathes program. By placing your first payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. THE PROGRAM

She Who Breathes is a six-month live online Kundalini immersion, held from the Autumn Equinox to the Spring Equinox 2026–2027.
 

Included in your enrollment:

• 18 Master Heart live classes via Zoom

• Weekly Sharing Circle — a dedicated day for integration and sisterhood

• 40-day practice cycles throughout the program

• Live daily practices, several times per week

• Theory, practical application, integration and transmission work

• Session recordings for all live sessions

• Supporting materials and guides

• Your place in a sacred circle of 33 women
   

All sessions are delivered live and digitally. She Who Breathes reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the schedule where necessary, with advance notice to all participants.

2. INVESTMENT AND PAYMENT

The total investment is €7,144 (SEK 77,000 / USD 8,333). All prices include Swedish VAT (moms) at 25%, as required under Mervärdesskattelagen (1994:200). Whether VAT is deductible depends on your individual tax situation — please consult your accountant if relevant.
 

Payment Options — International Participants
 

Option 1 — Pay in Full Full payment of €7,144 due within 7 days of enrollment confirmation. Available via: Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, bank wire/transfer, Klarna*.
Option 2 — Deposit + Balance A non-refundable deposit of 20% (€1,429) due within 7 days of enrollment confirmation. The remaining balance (€5,715) due no later than 16 September 2026 (one week before course start). Available via: Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, bank wire/transfer, Klarna*.

Option 3 — Deposit + Installment Plan (up to 3 payments) A non-refundable deposit of 20% (€1,429) due within 7 days of enrollment confirmation. The remaining balance (€5,715) divided into up to 3 installments over the following 3 months, on mutually agreed dates. Available via: Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, bank wire/transfer, Klarna*.
 

A transaction fee of 3–6% will be added to all international payments depending on the chosen payment method. This fee will be clearly stated before payment is made.
 

*Klarna availability varies by country. Please contact us to confirm whether Klarna is available in your location.

Option 4 — Extended Installment Plan via Klarna Swedish participants may apply for an extended payment plan through Klarna. This option is subject to Klarna's credit assessment (kreditupplysning) and their standard terms and conditions. Availability is subject to Klarna's approval. Card Payments — Automatic Charges For all credit or debit card payments: by selecting this method, you consent to the agreed installment amounts being automatically charged to your card on the agreed dates.
 

Alternative Payment Arrangements If none of the above options suit your situation, please contact us at info@shewhobreathes.se to discuss an individual arrangement.
 

Confirmation of Place
 

Your place in the circle is confirmed when your deposit or full payment is received. No place is held until payment has been received, regardless of prior communication.

Should a scheduled payment fail, you will be notified promptly and must remedy the situation within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your place at the discretion of She Who Breathes.

3 . YOUR COMMITMENT

She Who Breathes is a living transmission. The depth of the experience — for you and for every woman in the

circle — depends on the sincere presence of each participant.

By enrolling, you commit to attending live classes as fully as your life allows, engaging with the practices with

sincerity and care, and showing up for this journey with integrity and openness.

Class recordings are available for sessions you are unable to attend live. The live collective field is irreplaceable —

we encourage your presence whenever possible.

4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION

The deposit The 20% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances once paid. It secures your place in the circle and covers preparation and administrative costs.
 

Before course start (before 23 September 2026) If an extraordinary and documented circumstance — such as severe illness or force majeure — prevents you from starting the program, please contact us in writing at info@shewhobreathes.se. Any installment payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will either be refunded or transferred toward enrollment in the following year's program. Each case will be assessed individually and with care.
 

After course start (from 23 September 2026) No refunds apply once the program has commenced. Should an extraordinary circumstance prevent your continued participation, we will always seek a compassionate resolution — which may include deferring your place to the following year's program. Please reach out to us directly so we can find the best path forward together.
 

Removal from the program She Who Breathes reserves the right to remove a participant whose conduct causes harm to the circle, its members, or its facilitators. No refund or deferral applies in this case.
 

Note on consumer rights Under Swedish law (Distansavtalslagen, 2005:59), a right of withdrawal of 14 days may apply to distance contracts. By enrolling in She Who Breathes — a digital program with access beginning upon confirmation — you expressly consent to immediate commencement of services, and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived in accordance with Chapter 2, §11 of Distansavtalslagen. 5. CONFIDENTIALY AND SACRED SPACE

The circle is a space of profound trust. What is shared within it stays within it.
 

The sacred container You agree not to share the personal disclosures, stories, or experiences of other women in the circle outside of this container — in any form, including social media, conversations, or writing. This commitment to confidentiality continues after the program has ended.
 

Intellectual property All content created and delivered by She Who Breathes — including but not limited to live teachings, session recordings, guided practices, written materials, course guides, and any other communications — is the sole intellectual property of She Who Breathes (Anna-Mie, Ida & Nicholie) and is protected under Swedish intellectual property law (Lagen om upphovsrätt, 1960:729).

Upon enrollment and payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your own participation in the program. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from She Who Breathes.
 

Recordings & personal use Session recordings are made available solely for your personal integration and review. They may not be shared with anyone outside the program, uploaded to any platform, or used in any other context.
 

Testimonials & case studies She Who Breathes may, at the end of the program, invite you to share a testimonial or participate in a case study. This is entirely voluntary and will only be used with your explicit written consent. You will never be asked for a testimonial as a condition of participation.
 

Use of your words She Who Breathes will not quote, reference, or share anything you express during the program — in any format — without first obtaining your individual written consent.
 

Technology & communication Please be aware that digital communication carries inherent privacy risks. By communicating with She Who Breathes via email, messaging platforms, or video tools, you acknowledge and accept the use of these channels and their associated limitations.

6. HEALTH AND WELLBEING

The practices within She Who Breathes involve breathwork, movement, meditation, and energy frequencies

that can evoke strong physical and emotional experiences. By enrolling, you confirm that you are in a stable

state of physical and mental health at the time of joining, or that you have sought appropriate professional

support where needed.

She Who Breathes does not constitute therapeutic or medical care and is not a replacement for

psychological, psychiatric, or medical treatment.

Testimonials are never obligatory. No images, recordings or identifying material relating to you will be

shared publicly without your individual written consent.

8. GOVERNING AND LAW

This agreement is governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall first be sought to be resolved in good faith

between the parties. Should resolution not be reached, disputes are referred to the competent

Swedish court.
